terms of service
last updated 2026-07-06
these terms govern your use of manymoats and the software products offered under it — including exlegacy, filefriend, syntax, tethered, togglesnap, yapcircuit, synergymade, lathecreate, inputdojo, grepthat, and cohortcollab (each a "product," together the "services"). manymoats is the operator of these services. by creating an account or using a product, you agree to these terms.
1. what we offer
manymoats provides online software tools for creating, automating, and organizing work — including AI-assisted generation, document tools, forms, automation, and analytics. the services are software tools. they are not a law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, or agency, and they do not provide professional advice.
2. your account
one manymoats account identifies you across our products. you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase; the services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
3. acceptable use
- don't use the services for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
- don't send unsolicited mass messages, scrape at scale, or abuse rate limits or automated endpoints.
- don't attempt to breach security, access accounts that aren't yours, or reverse our systems.
- you are responsible for the content and inputs you provide and for having the rights to use them.
4. billing, credits & cancellation
paid plans are billed monthly. we never charge a lump annual fee — an annual rate, where offered, simply locks a lower monthly price billed each month. the cost of a paid operation is shown before you commit to it, and paid features run on a single universal credit. you can cancel anytime in one click; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the period you've paid for. see our refund & cancellation policy for details.
5. AI features & no professional advice
AI outputs are assistance, not guarantees of accuracy. you are responsible for reviewing and using your own work. nothing produced by the services is legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. document tools help you create and sign documents; whether a document is legally enforceable depends on applicable law and your circumstances — consult a lawyer for high-stakes agreements.
6. your content & intellectual property
you own the content you create with the services and are responsible for it. we don't claim ownership of your work. you grant us the limited permission needed to host and process it so the services can function. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.
7. availability & disclaimers
the services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. we work to keep them running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. changes & termination
we may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and where required we'll give advance notice. you may stop using the services and cancel at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
9. governing law
these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
