last updated: 2026-09-28

these terms govern your use of manymoats and the software products offered under it, including exlegacy, filefriend, syntax, tethered, togglesnap, yapcircuit, synergymade, lathecreate, inputdojo, grepthat, and cohortcollab (each a "product," together the "services"). manymoats is the operator of these services. by creating an account or using a product, you agree to these terms.

1. what we offer

manymoats provides software tools and client-silicon runtime environments for creating, automating, and organizing work, including AI-assisted generation, document tools, forms, automation, and analytics. the services are software tools. they are not a law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, or agency, and they do not provide professional advice.

2. your account

one manymoats account identifies you across our products. you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase; the services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

3. acceptable use

4. pricing tiers, billing & cancellation

our products are offered under three straightforward commercial tiers:

the cost of any paid cloud operation is always displayed before you confirm it. see our refund & cancellation policy for complete details.

5. software tools & no professional advice

the services are computational workbench tools, deterministic retrieval engines, and local execution runtimes. they are not a law firm, physician, financial adviser, broker, or agency, and they do not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. professional users (including licensed attorneys, clinicians, and fiduciaries) retain exclusive, non-delegable professional responsibility and duty of care for their work product, strategic filings, clinical decisions, and client representations. the services do not assume, share, or insure any professional liability.

6. resident-silicon execution & data confidentiality (ABA Rule 1.6)

for users operating under strict professional confidentiality obligations (such as attorneys governed by ABA Model Rule 1.6 and Formal Opinion 512, healthcare providers, or financial fiduciaries), our resident-state architecture executes models and memory arenas locally on client hardware (Apple Silicon unified memory, local NVMe/SRAM) with zero network egress. client files, voice recordings, and sensitive working drafts remain strictly on local silicon. this technical isolation prevents third-party cloud data exposure and vendor subpoenas.

7. open standards, interoperability & antitrust compliance

manymoats is committed to open competition, fair interoperability, and transparent standards:

8. your content & intellectual property

you own the content you create with the services and are responsible for it. we don't claim ownership of your work. you grant us only the limited technical permission needed to process and store your data as necessary to provide the services. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

9. availability, liability caps & disclaimers

the services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or outcome. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the services is strictly limited to the actual fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and in no event will we be liable for lost profits, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10. changes & termination

we may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. you may stop using the services and cancel at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
