The 9:16 safe zone keeps the top 260 px, the bottom 480 px, the left 120 px and the right 144 px clear on a 1080 × 1920 frame. 1:1 shows the frame at export size, scrolled to the safe zone. Fit shrinks the whole frame to your window, so its text is smaller than in the export. Safe area shrinks only the part inside the safe zone, where every word sits, and hides the empty margins. On a phone, 9:16 opens in Safe area and 16:9 opens in 1:1, because Fit would make their frame text smaller than 11 px. Open the bare 1080 × 1920 stage.
